How to Register?

Registration for the 2024 Winter  Season has now closed. Please contact the club if you wish to enquire about playing in 2024.

Active Kids Vouchers

Parents/ Guardians of school-aged children enrolled in an approved sport or fitness activity can use the $50 voucher to cover registration/ participation costs for the calendar year.  If you have not already used your voucher this year it is advised that you use this prior to 31st January 2024. 

​

Vouchers are available from the Service NSW website. 

To use the voucher towards the registration fees, you will need to apply for the voucher prior to registering. 

​

Please note that the Active Kids Vouchers will become means tested in 2024 so it is best to use your vouchers as soon as you can in 2023.

Fees

Your Wahroonga Netball Club fees cover your Ku-ring-gai Netball Association registration, NSW Netball Fee,  insurances, umpires, and other costs associated with the season.  It is the Club’s philosophy to always keep our fees as low as possible.

NetSetGo 6-8 years:     $310

NetSetGo 9 -10 Years:  $310

Player 11-17 years:          $310

Seniors:                           $290

Age categories are based on the age the player is on 31st December 2024

Payment of Fees

Payments can only be made by credit card.

​

Refunds

Applications for refunds of registration fees should be made to the Club Executive Committee via the Treasurer. Approval of refunds is based on the Wahroonga Netball Club refund policy.

​

1. NNSW will close all refundable registrations on midnight 28th Feb 2023. The NNSW fee component will not be refunded after this date.

2. As with NNSW, The KNA fee component will not be refunded after midnight 28 Feb 2023. Any applications prior to this date will be at the discretion of KNA.

3. In accordance with the Office of Sport AKP Guidelines - Once an Active Kids voucher has been utilised it cannot be refunded and cannot be used for the remainder of the calendar year in any circumstances, even in the event of a de-registration.
